Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy:  will have the full authority to ban any user if there is any violation of decency or fairness at any level. On that scenario, the amount of money remaining as the balance on the user's profile will be refunded to the user.


- Other than the last scenario, every payment made to  is nonrefundable. Unless, there is any proof that we were unable to provide the service (In this case, the questions of the exam) for which the customer has paid of.


In case Customers are not satisfied with his/her purchase pakage, Customers can exchange Pakage site within 3 days from the original date of physical invoice receipt. In this case please contact our customer service

Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 calendar days of the purchase. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.


How long does the validation or invalidation of the refund take?

This quality evaluation process takes at least 7 business days depending on the refund method. Once completed, we will send you an e-mail or call you to give you the result of the quality evaluation.
